My fitness journey started when I was 13 years old, not because I wanted to compete, but because I was searching for confidence, structure, and a way to become better.
Like many people, I felt lost in a sea of conflicting fitness advice. I jumped between workouts, diets, and trends that promised fast results but delivered very little. Everything changed when I committed to a structured, long-term training approach and learned from the right mentors. That experience shaped the foundation I still coach by today: real progress comes from clarity, consistency, and intelligent execution, not shortcuts.
Today, I work with fitness competitors of all types—from bodybuilders preparing to step on stage, to hybrid athletes pursuing strength, endurance, and performance simultaneously. Whether your goal is maximizing your physique, improving race output, or balancing multiple physical demands, my role is to simplify the process and give you a clear, proven plan.
Competition prep—no matter the arena—can be overwhelming. Managing training volume, nutrition, recovery, and life outside of training is where most athletes struggle or burn out. I take the complexity out of that process through personalized programming, strategic nutrition planning, and data-driven adjustments, so you can perform at a high level without sacrificing health or longevity.

Qualifications & Experience
• 9+ years of hands-on coaching experience working with competitive athletes, bodybuilders, and high-performing individuals
• 6 NASM Certifications, covering performance training, corrective exercise, and advanced program design
• Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, with a strong foundation in biomechanics, physiology, and applied training science
• Experience coaching athletes through physique prep, hybrid performance cycles, endurance-focused blocks, and strength phases
• Evidence-based systems built for athletes who demand results without sacrificing sustainability or long-term performance
