Personal Data you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, and mailing address if you provide it (e.g., for invoicing or program materials).

Usage Data collected automatically: IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time and date of visits, time spent on pages, and similar diagnostic data, collected via our CRM/hosting platform (GoHighLevel) and Google Analytics.

Cookies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Service and understand how it's used. You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies, though some features may not work properly without them. We use:

If you opt out of marketing messages, we may still contact you for non-marketing purposes (e.g., appointment reminders) unless you ask us to stop all communications. We share Personal Data only with: Service Providers who help us operate the Service (e.g., our CRM/marketing platform, hosting, and analytics providers) under confidentiality obligations; parties involved in a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or sale of assets), with notice to you if your data becomes subject to a different policy; and law enforcement or other parties when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or the safety of others. We do not sell your Personal Data.
